Laboratory determination of coronary risk assessment depends upon well controlled separation, neutralization, precipitation and chemical procedure. BGT’s human based controls are prepared to perform in the same manner as patient samples in the low, moderate and high risk categories. The materials are lyophilized for excellent storage stability. They have been assayed by phosphotungstic acid, dextran sulfate and immuno-chemical procedures and have been shown to perform like fresh human serum.
