SERUM PREPARATION
Carefully reconstitute each vial of lyophilised serum with exactly 3 ml of distilled water. Close bottle and allow to stand for 30 min before use. Ensure contents are completely dissolved by swirling gently. Invert bottle to ensure that all traces of dry material are dissolved. Avoid the formation of foam by shaking.
STABILITY
The lyophilised serum is stable until the expiry date when stored at +2 to +8°C.
Bilirubin in the serum is light sensitive and it is therefore recommended that the serum is stored in the dark after reconstitution. Stored in the dark at 4°C it is stable for at least 24 hours.
SAFETY
This material is entirely bovine in origin and contains no additives from human sources.
